YOUR ROLE
Strategize, manage and drive existing deliverables together with internal and external teams, while identifying opportunities to expand tie-ups with brands. Develop and maintain excellent client relations, and use it as a core medium to ensure continuity and growth of business.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
➣ Understand brand sentiment, requirements, guidelines and TG
➣ Reference impactful campaigns, creative ideas that can be adapted
➣ Effectively manage accounts assigned, jointly strategize for campaigns and take care of end-to-end client co-ordination
➣ Oversee inter-team co-ordination to ensure deliverables are met
➣ Maintain high engagement levels with clients
➣ Increase revenue contribution by reporting new opportunities with a brand and/or cross selling allied services via day-to-day interaction
➣ Actively sample check brand pages to ensure content is going up as per schedule and quality levels are maintained.
➣ Engage in smart negotiations with clients (when required) in terms of budgets, timelines and deliverables
➣ Manage team and client escalations (close maximum issues upfront, critical matters can be raised to manager)
➣ Have a base understanding of media plans, reports, spends and media creative guidelines
➣ Review monthly reports, daily JSRs prepared by juniors, and ensure the same are sent out on time
➣ Identify team’s training needs and ensure they are addressed
➣ Effectively balance team’s interest and client/work pressure
● Professional / Academic Requirements
➣ A Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or another relevant field
➣ Relevant Post Graduate Degree (Optional)
● Technical Requirements
➣ Proficient understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
➣ Eye for social media analytics to be developed for reports
➣ Proficient with the MS Office Software (Word, Power Point, Excel)
➣ Positive negotiation ability
➣ Good communication and presentation skills
